Stress is a fact of life. We mustn’t allow it to manage us! Let’s spend the hour boosting our daily lives with meaningful actions and intentions. During our session we’ll practice a few basic yoga postures without going to a yoga studio. We’ll find a few moments of peace and quiet deep inside ourselves amidst the bustle around us. And, we’ll share tips and tools for finding balance in our busy lives. Creating a harmonious work-life balance is critical to improving not only our physical, emotional and mental health, but also our work health.
