Hearing One Another (HOA) is a workshop developed by the Second Science Project in partnership with the University of Chicago’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiative. This workshop pairs improvisation exercises developed by The Second City with behavioral science research in order to help people build the skills necessary for creating inclusive communities.
